About Remember Portugal
The website www.remember-portugal.com is domiciled in Portugal and is owned by Remember Portugal, One-Person Company, headquartered in Rua das Cavadas 72, 3090-797 Santana, Portugal, NIPC – PT 516655833.
Remember Portugal operates from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 12:00 and between 14:00 and 19:00, with the exception of public holidays.
Unless otherwise stated, Remember Portugal owns the website www.remember-portugal.com and its content including the logo, texts, photographs and images published. Reproduction, modification, transmission, republication and/or redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited, except with the prior consent of Remember Portugal.
Remember Portugal reserves the right to use photographs of the Products it sells to promote its activity on all media (Website, social networks, emailings, etc.), unless the Customer disagrees, duly notified before ordering.
All Products displayed on the Remember Portugal website are described as rigorously as possible.

Remember Portugal will make every effort to ensure the availability of the Products. The Products presented on the website are valid as long as they are visible on the website, within the limits of the stocks available from the suppliers of Remember Portugal.
Orders will be executed in order of arrival and, in the event of a temporary or even permanent shortage of stock of a Product, the Customer will be duly notified and an alternative with other Products of similar characteristics will be suggested.
All prices shown on the Remember Portugal website are in € (Euros). As mentioned, they do not include VAT (23%).
The applicable VAT rates are the normal rates in force on the date of the order.
On the quotations and invoices, the prices are indicated both in Excluding Taxes and in All Taxes Included, and the shipping costs are also mentioned.
Remember Portugal reserves the right to make price changes to the Products that are on sale on its website.
However, during the process of placing an order and its confirmation, the prices of the Products will remain unchanged throughout the process.

All orders placed with Remember Portugal must be confirmed by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The order is considered valid after the signature of the quote and full payment of the order. Orders will only be processed after actual receipt of payment. No delivery can take place before receipt of the total payment of the order.
- Beyond 30 days from delivery date in Portugal: The order can be cancelled free of charge.
- Less than 30 days from the delivery date in Portugal: The order cancelled by the Customer within this period cannot be refunded. In fact, all Products ordered would have already been paid to suppliers of Remember Portugal to ensure the preparation of the Gifts, and to respect the delivery date in Portugal.
All orders are shipped to continental Portugal through specialized companies: Remember Portugal works with logistics partners with extensive experience in the transport of fragile goods.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the ordered Products.
All orders are shipped after confirmation of payment and completion of the order. As soon as the order is shipped, Remember Portugal will send an e-mail to the Customer, where he will be informed of the instructions for tracking.
The confirmation of the consignment shall include, for each order, the indication of the carrier and the indication of the consignment number.
Once the orders are shipped, Remember Portugal will not be able to change the delivery address.
The Customer must be present and facilitate access to the delivery point previously defined with Remember Portugal (Hotel, Congress Center, etc.).
The Customer will be informed by e-mail of the entire process until delivery.
Upon delivery of the order, the Customer must sign the proof of receipt, from which the responsibility will be transferred to him.
If the Customer designates another person for the receipt of the order, other than himself, he will accept the signature of this third party as proof of the delivery of the order and of compliance with the obligations by Remember Portugal, as well as of the transfer of responsibility.
The order preparation times are indicated during the order process, and vary according to the type of order chosen (with or without customisation of the boxes, creation of a tailor-made box, etc…), as mentioned on our website (from 2 to 4 weeks). The preparation of the order is carried out upon receipt of full payment of the order, and in compliance with the delivery date defined by the Customer. (For foreign customers: Dates chosen according to their planned stays and events in Portugal). The deadlines are given as an indication: the delivery deadlines do not take into account any possible delays that could be caused by problems with payment authorisations or by transport delays.
All orders must be signed upon delivery to generate a proof of delivery.
All Products shipped must be examined “immediately” upon receipt. If defects or damages are found, the Customer must return them to the transport company, noting the circumstances in the carrier’s document. The Customer must immediately inform Remember Portugal in order to resolve the incident as quickly as possible by e-mail: email@example.com
Exchanges and returns
The Remember Portugal team makes every effort to scrupulously check all Products in order to detect any defects that may arise before proceeding with any shipment.
The Products travel at the risk and peril of the Customer, to whom it is the responsibility in case of damage or loss, to make all necessary observations to Remember Portugal, and to confirm its reservations with the carrier upon receipt of the order.
In the event of damage, Remember Portugal may require a return of the Products in order to enable it to ascertain the reality and extent of the damage, with a view to possible replacement or refund.
In order for the Customer to return defective Products, the Customer must notify Remember Portugal of this decision by e-mail at
He will have a period of 48 hours after receipt of the order to do so, and only the Products which will be received under the appropriate conditions (including in their original packaging) will be accepted. Shipping costs will be borne by the Customer. Only Products still in their original packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted.
With regard to the conditions for returning and refunding Products:
- The Products must in no case have been opened, used or modified.
- All original labels and all packaging and other accessories must be returned with the Products.
- Returns must be made in the shipping box used by Remember Portugal for transport.
Remember Portugal will not accept the return of Products that do not comply with the General Conditions of return.
In the event that Remember Portugal is unable to replace the defective Products, the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded.
No return, exchange or refund of Products may be made without the written consent of Remember Portugal.
It is agreed that any disputes arising from the interpretation and implementation of this Agreement shall be settled in the light of Portuguese law and by the District Court of Coimbra, the local authority of Figueira da Foz, with express waiver of all other disputes.
